A broken mirror does not show a single image, but rather many impossible perspectives of the same universe. Each fragment reveals a different aspect of reality, offering a unique perspective and a reflection that exists only within itself. 'Splits of' is based on this idea, offering an exercise in seeing and hearing in which each piece captures and multiplies reality. Beauty in sound, light and silence does not reside in the whole, but in the ever-changing glimpses of the same broken mirror.
